Innovia Fit Sprint

Know exactly what to change, what it is worth, and what to do first.

Fit for Digital. Fit for AI.

Most operators sense that something in how they run needs to change. Few can say precisely what, what it is worth, or what it would look like in practice, without first committing to a year-long project. The Fit Sprint gives you that answer at fixed price and fixed scope: a defensible, board-grade decision you could not have made before it began. It starts with a two-week Discovery, and goes as far as you want from there.

What makes it different is the combination. Top-tier consulting discipline (MECE structure, sourced numbers, pyramid principle, no rhetorical claims) on every deliverable you receive. Working software you can log into, configured in your colors with a sample of your data. Fixed price, fixed scope, a fixed calendar, no scope creep dressed up as discovery. Led by an operator who has shipped, supported, and scaled complex operational and customer workflows firsthand.

Twelve to fifteen deliverables you keep, in English, board-ready. One decision moment at the readout, three states only: yes, no, or a named deadline. The Innovation Partnership is pre-teased throughout, ready if you decide to proceed.

What it is

Fixed price. Fixed scope. One decision the board can defend.

01

Operator depth, not theory.

Led by a founder who has run complex operational and customer workflows firsthand. Every recommendation is informed by having shipped, supported, and scaled the systems we discuss.

02

Working software, not just slides.

You log into working software configured for your workflow, in your colors, with a sample of your data. The readout walks through it live, not from screenshots.

03

Fixed price, fixed scope, fixed time.

A productized engagement, not an open-ended consultancy. You know exactly what you pay, what you get, and when you get it. Scope is locked in the Statement of Work. Change orders are billed transparently at a day rate.

How it works

Five phases. One readout.

01

Intake

Week 0

Statement of Work and mutual NDA signed. Sponsor and alternate sponsor confirmed. Scope locked. Five to eight stakeholder interview slots booked. Data drop confirmed.

02

Discovery

Week 1

Five to eight interviews, capability assessment, process maps, gap report with sourced numbers. Mid-sprint synchronization with the sponsor at the end of the week.

03

Design

Weeks 2-3

Target operating model, future-state journeys, capability roadmap prioritized in waves. Branded working prototype configured for your workflow, with a sample of your data.

04

Decide

Week 3

Executive memo, board deck, business case with sensitivity on the three variables that matter most. Decision pre-read with the sponsor three days before the readout.

05

Readout

Week 4

Two hours on-site. Live walkthrough of the working prototype. Innovation Partnership proposal presented. Explicit decision moment: yes, no, or named deadline.

What you walk away with

Six deliverables, board-ready, all yours.

Board-ready

Executive memo

One to two pages. Situation, complication, recommendation, ask. Designed for a chief executive to read on a phone.

Decision-ready

Board deck

Fifteen to twenty-five slides, every title a takeaway. Used as the basis for your next board paper.

CFO-grade

Business case

Narrative plus spreadsheet. NPV, payback, sensitivity on the top three variables, risk-adjusted scenarios.

Cross-functional

Target operating model

People, process, technology, data, governance. Decision rights named, transition outline included.

Prioritized waves

Capability roadmap

Twelve to thirty-six months. Each initiative with effort, impact, dependencies, and owner.

Yours for 90 days

Branded working prototype

A working prototype configured for your workflow, in your colors, with a sample of your data, that you can log into during the readout and keep exploring for 90 days after.

Common questions

What people ask before signing.

Who is this for?

Chief operating, information, or risk officers at organizations that run complex operational and customer workflows across Europe. The sweet spot is a mid-tier operator facing the same questions as the largest players, with less runway to answer them.

What if the decision is no?

A clear no is a perfectly valid outcome of the engagement, and the deliverables are still yours. The sprint is paid for execution and a defensible decision pack, not for a specific direction. We treat a clear no with the same respect as a clear yes.

How long does it take?

Discovery is two weeks for prospects who need a fast diagnostic. Blueprint is three to four weeks and covers most engagements. Launch is six weeks when immediate execution is expected. Scope is fixed at signature and can only be expanded via written change orders.

What about confidentiality and data?

Every engagement is bound by a mutual non-disclosure agreement signed before the sprint begins. We work with anonymized data samples; we do not require access to personal data or live systems. Interview recordings are retained for thirty days after engagement close, then deleted.

What happens after the readout?

If the decision is yes, the Innovation Partnership scoping starts within five business days. The Partnership is a longer engagement that takes the recommendation into execution, sized between €60k and €150k depending on scope. If the decision is no or a named deadline, the engagement closes cleanly with no further outreach unless you reinitiate.
