Privacy
What this site does with personal data.
Last updated 25 August 2026.
Short version: this site sets no cookies and has no backend. It cannot identify you. Page views are counted, with a cookieless tool described below. The sections that follow say exactly what happens and who else is involved.
Who is responsible
Innovia Systems & Technologies SRL, registered office at Strada Cetatii nr. 6, Corbeanca village, Corbeanca commune, Ilfov County, Romania, tax identification number 54793622, is the controller for the personal data described here. Write to contact@innoviasystems.io with any question or request.
What the site itself collects
No form, no sign-up, no account, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie, on any page. Nothing you do here is stored against a name.
One thing is measured, and it is described in the next section. It is aggregate and cookieless, and it does not let us work out who you are.
What is measured
We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you to other sites. There is no identifier that would let us single you out or recognise you on a later visit.
It records the page opened, the site you arrived from, an approximate country, and browser and device type, and reports them to us as totals. We use it to see which pages get read and whether what we publish reaches anyone.
The diagnostic stays in your browser
The Fit for Digital / Fit for AI diagnostic runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and your score are saved in your browser's local storage, under the key innovia-diagnostic-v1, so that closing the tab does not lose your progress. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
Clearing your browser data, or the Reset control on the diagnostic itself, deletes them.
What the hosting provider sees
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes the IP address and the browser user agent of each request in order to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse. That rests on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its data processing addendum.
Fonts are loaded from Google
Page typography is loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address as part of it. We receive nothing back from that request and get no analytics out of it. We intend to serve these fonts from our own domain so that the request stops leaving it.
If you write to us or book a call
If you email us, we process your address, your name and whatever you put in the message, in order to answer you. Our mail runs on Google Workspace.
If you book through the scheduling link, Calendly collects the name, email address and any answers you give in its own booking form, under its own privacy notice, and passes them to us so the meeting can happen. We use those details to prepare and hold the meeting and to follow up on it.
How long it is kept
Correspondence and booking details are kept while the conversation or the engagement is live, and for up to three years after the last contact so that a thread you restart does not begin from nothing. Accounting records are kept for the period Romanian law requires. Nothing is kept beyond that.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare, Google and Calendly are established in the United States and may process data there or in other countries. Each covers those transfers through the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or, where it is certified under it, through the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interest, and ask for it in a portable form. Write to contact@innoviasystems.io and we will answer within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (B-dul General Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in the country where you live.
Changes to this notice
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are described here rather than applied silently.
